One of the main approaches of «Corporation Kommunar» since the mid-nineties has become producing devices of accounting electricity and water flow. Since then till now mono-phase and three-phase electronic meters of active and reactive electric power, assortment of which allows arranging complete energy account both of domestic and industrial consumers have been developed and commissioned. Distinctive feature of our meters is low consumed power, high threshold of sensitivity, high protection degree from unauthorized energy consumption. Electronic meters are successfully operated practically in all the regions of Ukraine. The main consumers are power supplying companies: «Kharkovoblenergo», «Zhitomiroblenergo», «Khmelnitskoblenergo», «Khersonoblenergo», «Sevastopoloblenergo», «Vinnitsaoblenergo».

«Corporation Kommunar» constantly extends assortment of electronic meters, developing new models, modifying and upgrading present ones. Thus, mono-phase meters SO-EA09 and SO-EA05M1 have increased calibration interval – 16 years, and three-phase meter ST-EA05 have increased calibration interval – 10 years, three-phase meter ST-EA08 is the first Ukrainian electronic meter with meter range to 100 A.

High technological and operating parameters of the meters are provided by joining modern production technologies: income control of element base, automation of operations of regulating and calibration, electro thermal training of the meters, applying components of the leading world manufacturers.

As per result of operation we confirmed high reliability of the meters that allowed extending warranty period till 3 years.

By understanding that installation of electronic meters is connected with definite technical-organizational difficulties (maintenance, calibration and personnel training), we also solve these tasks. We have created necessary repair-calibration equipment. Automatic calibration stands UPRS-1F, URPS-3F allow calibrating about 96 maters within 40 minutes with issuing checking protocol. We have organized warranty repair service, which responses operatively at consumers' claims.

Our water flow meters have gained popularity among Ukrainian people. The meters allow saving considerably means for communal payment.

We produce wing meters of hot and cold water flow SVK-1,5 to account of domestic consumers. Use of advanced technologies at producing water flow meters allowed increasing calibration period till four years, that makes meter SVK-1.5 more attractive for consumers, decreasing its operating cost. Nowadays, we have put in serial manufacturing new water flow meters with internal diameter Du=20mm (SVK-2,5) and Du=40mm (SVKM-10). Besides, we produce technological equipment for calibration of water flow meters; carry out all the complex of service maintenance of its production.

To solve tasks, connected with producing and realizing devices for accounting more successfully and effectively, in 2003 we created affiliate of GNPP «Corporation Kommunar» — «Kommunarschetmash», which is successfully developing such tendency, increasing volume of production.
