FOUNDRY ENGINEERING
In foundry engineering they produce parts by method of casting from ferrous and non-ferrous metal and alloys.
Foundry engineering capacity is 280 tons of casting per year, as per investment patterns – 66 tons.
Casting of parts is carried out by the following methods:
- die casting under pressure of aluminum, magnesium and zinc alloys (casting weight from 10 g to 5 kg, wall thickness is 1.5-3 mm);
- casting on investment patterns (casting weight from 30 g to 3 kg, wall thickness is 3-5 mm);
- gravity die casting (casting weight is from 50 g to 2 kg).
To place your order in this production it is possible to produce technological tools & tackles and press molds for your goods.
