Each door is a framed welded structure from low-carbonate steel. Internal cavities are filled in with hard combustible heat-resisting material.
Structure of doors:
- provides reliability and safe operating conditions;
- provides ease of assembly and maintenance;
- provides noise- and heat insulation;
- prevents from dust and rain ingress into the car;
- is repairable.
All the doors are completed with locks and butts of stainless steel or steel doors with different lacquer-and-paint coating.
For all non-metallic material we have certificates for complying requirements of DSTU 4049-2001 «Main line passenger cars of locomotive traction. Safety requirements».
