Tool production (TP) of SEPP «Corporation Kommunar» offers you service on fulfilling below described activities:

Producing blanks of 35 kg in weight by method of open forging from structural and tool steel.

Material cutting is performed at tape-cutting lathes OL 400 HAS and OL 320 G 400 x 400 mm.

Availability of high-precision coordinate-grinding and erosive equipment, as well as application of cutting hard-alloy tool which allows working with parts with hardness up to HRCэ 54, at CNC milling machines allows fulfilling complicated repair work.

We also produce repair kits for tools & tackles and have possibility of producing small-batch orders (5-500 pcs.)

In a view to making milling work with CNC we are specialized in processing — 3D surfaces, complex profiles described in tables, as per formula and others. We also produce engraving on complex surfaces. Equipment Park is Mikron WF3, Micromat 9a and others.

Erosive cutting equipment of the firms AGIE, SODICK guarantees customer accuracy 0,01 (as per special orders up to 0,006 mm), with purity Ra 0.4 (as per special orders Ra 0.2). At broaching equipment we can offer you renovation (application) of finish on forming surfaces, producing stamps and logo by erosive method.

In the area of developing tool & tackle we can offer you designing press molds for casting under pressure of aluminum, magnesium alloys and brass; press molds for producing plastic and rubber parts, as well as press molds for producing plastic parts by blowing out, stamps for cold and hot treatment and plates.

We, also, have possibility of fulfilling design-technological preparation for you, including designing tools & tackles of the second order, developing control programs for CNC equipment, developing technology and electrodes for erosive broaching and others as per both once-only orders and on continuing basis.
