Semi-automats of PDG-500 type completed with rectifiers UAFR-500, UAFR-350MAG, UAFR-315 are meant for high-efficient machining welding of metal structures in environment of protective gas and mixtures with direct current.

Semi-automats provide welding with solid steel wire with diameter 1,2-2,0 mm and powder wire with diameter to 3,2 mm.

Four-rolled feed gear of wire of the firm "COOPTIM" (Hungary) in combination with braking mechanism and smooth electronic rate adjustment and welding voltage from control panel of semi-automat provide quality welding.

Rate adjustment of wire feeding, dynamic engine braking, delay of switching off gas is carried out by built-in control unit.

Semi-automats with index "E" are considered to connect burners with European plug, without index "E" - with pin connection.

Semi-automats with index "P" are supplied with voltage ~29V, without index "P" - with welding arc voltage.

Supply of semi-automats, switching on and off UAFR, setting value of welding voltage is provided through control cable between PDG-500 and UAFR.
