PRODCUTION OF CIRCUIT BOARDS
In the workshop of circuit boards they produce one-, two- and multi-layer circuit boards:
- maximum number of layers up to 28;
- maximum size of circuit boards is 350x250 mm.
Single-sided boards are produced by method of direct etching with coating Gor POS 61. Two-sided boards are produced by combined method with galvanic semi glittering coating O-C 61 and with subsequent washing or without it. Multi-layer circuit boards are produced by method of metallization of through holes.
