Tool production makes a wide range of lathe bits, cylindrical and tapered cutters, form milling and special cutters, core drills and countersinks, solid reamers, tap borers.

We have technology and long traditions on manufacturing fine-sized hard-alloy drills for drilling plates (F0,45-3,5). We also produce some structures of fine-sized broaches and mandrels.

Since July 2005 special grinding-and-turning semi automat with PNC of VЗ-513F4 series has been set into operation. It is used for turning and grinding chip grooves, different cutting tools made of high-speed steel and hard alloy, highly resistant abrasive and diamond skives with the help of control programs.

Lathe features:

• packaged design;
• treatment area is completely closed with cover. Access from three sides;
• semi automat with control along 5 axis: А, X, Y, Z, C;
• control system SINUMERIK firm SIEMENS allows treating the most complex tool profiles in a short-time of adjustment and simple maintenance.
