Rectifier UAFR-1000 is intended for arc welding with consumable electrode of alloyed steel and carbon steel with the help of automats and tractors.

Inverter Rectifier allows to adjust voltage-current rigidity characteristic that give possibility to reconstruct it for welding in different modes.

Rectifier is provided with voltage sources ~18V, ~24 V, ~36V for connection of out consumers.

UAFR - 1000 provides:

• adjusting of welding voltage;
• adjusting VAP rigidity:
  • value assignment of welding voltage and VAP rigidity;
  • from the front panel;
  • through interface connection from PС;
  • from remote control board.
• smooth capacitor charge of input filter for current surges and voltage prevention;
• dimension of welding current extension and voltage with giving of its value to digital indicator and PC through interface connection;
• diagnostics and indication of source technical condition through interface connection with PC;
• protecting inverter cutout at overheating sensors activation, absence of phase voltage, reduced voltage of idle operation, exceeding of permissible value by current;
• Switching on ventilator in the beginning of welding, in case of overheating of controlled nodes of source and switching off on idling running.
