UAFR-500 is a compact inverter universal rectifier for arc welding, build-up welding and cutting metal.

It has been developed for operation in a wide range of working temperature.

UAFR-500 has two output VA parameters:

• falling VAP with adjustable slope for manual welding with coated electrodes of all types with diameter 2-6 mm (type of welding-MMA) or nonconsumable electrode in argon environment (type of welding -TIG);
• stiff VAP for machine welding with solid or powder wire with diameter 1.0-3.0 mm in carbon dioxide environment or gas mixture.

• control units pass technological training for 48 hours at +60°C;
• each sample of UAFR-500 is tested at modes imitating welding for 6 hours at +40°C;
• each sample of UAFR-500 is tested in real welding modes.
